Frequently asked questions

• Delete your account: menu ☰ → Account Settings → Permanently Delete Account. The account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period; log in again during that period to cancel.
• Report content: tap the (…) menu on a post, reply, or Lounge message, choose Report, and pick a reason.
• Block a user: open their profile → (…) menu → Block.
• Forgot your password: tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
